Absolutely no customer service! Today, 4 clients, (my husband and myself, and a woman with her elderly mother), were waiting while 3 employees/ management were eating their lunch together in a side room. They occasionally stopping chatting and eating to glance over into the waiting area. There was no acknowledgement, welcome or personal greeting when clients arrived. Finally, after waiting 15 minutes, I walked over and asked them how much more time they needed: response, "Quince minutos". We left. The facilities are shabby and the turn over of technicians is notable. The business does not take reservations, so frequently the wait time is quite long while a single technician, rarely two, handles walk-ins. In the past, we have had good pedicures but one never knows what level of quality treatment to expect. The experienced technician one trusted is gone, replaced by an unknown.

If you want to come, come early because there are no appointments. Personally, they have always treated me well, good price. The facilities are austere, they have comfortable waiting benches. I give it 4 stars because sometimes there is only one girl serving and sometimes you have to wait a long time to be served

I didn't have to wait long to be seen, I went without an appointment. The service was friendly and careful. It is fast and economically accessible, a good option
